The girl said her manager said adding a hotspot Sim to my phone wouldn't work (after she already told me it wouldnt work). Called cricket to have hotspot added and they verified that it indeed can be added for just hotspot w/o having a cellphone plan (I know, ive had it less than 3 months ago). Suggested I just go to the store for quicker service..... stopping at another cricket with more knowledge on my way out of town. Learn about your products, it leads to frustration and wasted time on everybody's end. That and the guy checked my ID and still tried to have me enter a pin to an account that wasn't mine.

Yazmin the customer service employee , is nice and told me more information about my options and service then I ever knew. I now upgraded and plan to again this week as well as add possibly a third line Thanks yazmin Vanessa is always attentive and very courteous ,she smiles and that makes such a difference thank you.

My husband and I have a family plan 4 lines for about 6 yearsWe love the Pocatello Customer Servi e from Yazmin and VanessaWe have upgraded many times and have recommended at least 20 people.over the years ..2 times sadly I had my phone lost or stolen and insured what calmed me down was yazmin and the clear explanation of how to proceed with next steps . They have Fred Myers sell their phones and my phone has been a POS since day 1 also I have a $30 credit every month and the statements show it taken out but My math shows different.

I can’t get any kind of internet coverage. It’s breaks my brain how bad this provider is. I used them about 10Years ago and they have gotten worse not better. I use to swear by them. I can’t even use google. I can’t get on any social media more the half the time. Why bother? The ladies at the store are very nice and eager to get me signed up but now I know why. The coverage is basically non existent. I can’t get on the internet at my own home which’s in the better part of Pocatello. Walmart has a better plan that actually allows you to access the internet for 1/2 the price. I don’t want Walmart Cell Phone. I used Cricket in a pinch, but I was WRONG to do so! Also the customer service is nonexistent. Goodbye and good riddance. I can’t even look at my complete review to proof read it before I submit it. That is how awful this service is. The site won’t let me put my cursor at the top of the my review. Absolute garbage.

Wireless service is a "must have" these days in order to stay in touch with important communication with employments, friends and family.

This women are extremely unprofessional and they don’t pay you any attention. They are on their phones and hate when you ask them questions. Wish I can rate them lower, but you guys go at your own risk

When they say unlimited...they mean unlimited!! I do not ever....ever get lag cause I reached a certain point so go down to 2g or 3g. I have been with them for years, and the bill never fluctuates. All in all...great rates with even better service.

My phone I had stopped so I had to get a new one the one lady that was helping asked me what I use my phone for most and got me the right phone and phone protector. I'll definitely go back I've been with them for 4 years now
