βNot sure what to state here. Itβs a gas station and it is at Costco. I think we all know what to expect. Lines tend to be long and the gas savings can be great and it can be no savings at all. I do wish they offered 87 over 85. Small complaint but their lower prices are not really comparable because the normal prices in town are based off of 87β
βGreat diesel prices and easy in and out for parking, thanks for the windshield washers, best ever seen long 3bough to get both sides at once on semi, also the inside grill was awesome and truck parking although it's a bit rough.β

βJust another pit stop! No, but it was one that had full buckets of w/s water with decent wash brushes that took the bugs off your windows and lights. Reasonable gas prices, good choice of highway food and cold drinks. I like Exxon stations to stop at!β

βLisa at your station is absolutely awesome. She knows how to do her job. She knows how to use her points and to tell you what to do to use your points. She definitely deserves a raise. Her customer service is outstanding I come all the way over here out of any other station because she knows what sheβs doing and she has a great attitude. Do appreciate the great service and the help when I needed it many different stations didnβt know how to help me and didnβt offer very good customer service, but Lisa sure did;)β
βGreat delicious food,The chicken tenders are the bomb when getting them fresh,like they are so huge,even though the price were high , it is worth the wait and the decorations,love it so much, they have a friendly team of workers and a good manager,like they help with everything, gotta respect this place,deserves the 5 stars : )β

βOmgsh have you not seen there gas prices 20 cents below all of Pocatello chubbuck area I've seen, plus keep a clean and very pleasant atmosphere. Associates always very kind in greeting you soon as walk in the door. Have pretty much your needs covered and more than can be expected with a gas and quik bite to eat, would have gave 5 star if had available hot water from coffee area for thermas as need and use regularly for short travel trips beyond that definitely the place to stop when in the area..β

βI'm always coming here, most friendly clerk's, there so welcoming, helpful. Experience coming in here is great. I can find reasonable prices on drinks and snacks, I can depend on this store for late night shopping, the only store open On authur, I'm extremely happy every time I been here, I leave better then I came in.β
βI love stopping on the reservation for cigarettes. Best price anywhere in the United States, as far as I know. They're not taxed and they have a good variety of hot food and drinksβ
βI was rolling along in desperate need to have my thirst quenched because I had gotten really stoned and had the mouth of a cotton snake, when I happened upon this amazing gas station. I pulled up to the parking spot and thought to myself, they may have an amazing array of thirst quenching products in there. After about 5 minutes of just staring into space, I realized my mouth was still dry and the Phil Collins song was over a while ago. I went inside and alas. The place was a thirst trap. There were quite a few people but only one worker for some reason. She had beautiful big eyes. I got my drink and a few snacks so that I could munch on something delicious. The cashier was friendly and funny and I appreciated that, Even though she was busy. Will definitely go againβ

βLove this store because itβs never that busy. The owner goes out of his way to make sure his customer service is on point. I found a phone out by the gas pump took it into the cashier and they gave me a free soda for being an honest person recommend this place to whoever is on that side of town.β

βI come here often because of the service and cleanliness. One of the managers is magnificent(Thugnificent). She is always helpful and kind. I've seen her busting her arse off in the morning cooking for the deli, or in the afternoons doing extra cleaning duties making sure the place feels clean and safe. All while helping people out if it gets busy at the checkout with a pleasant demeanor. This goes for the rest of her staff aswell, like Lura! I've seen her doing extra cleaning while being super helpful and kind too. ;) Keep up the good work ya'll! Let'sssssss GOOOOOOβ

βSmall c store but nice staff. Has lottery tickets. Plenty of gas pumps so no waiting to get fuel. Convenient stop on Bannock Hwy. Easy to get in and out of, not too much traffic.β
βDaniel Tolman is an amazing employee and manager creating a friendly, helpful environment where customers experience top notch service, exceptional quality, clean and orderly stock and inventory. No question that this store on center street next to I-15 is my favorite due to the high level of customer service and care. A few moments with Daniel or any of the employees he inspires and you know things are just a notch above the typical amazing Maverick store! Also, so stoked on their new CEO, yes Crystal Maggelet β¦ genius stores and locations!!β
βCheap gas. Pumps that actually work. Best of all, that was the cleanest gas station restroom I've ever seen in my life. My only complaint is every time I have to hold my breath through a public restroom where kids are still learning to get it in the bowl, I'll think of this gas station and how good I had it for those 3 minutes. Good on you guys.β
βI was there may 28 at 10:30 pm, when a crackhead tried walking out of kjβs trying to steal, the situation was handle very professionally by one of their employees he was tall and had brown longer hair. Iβm glad that kjβs knows how to hire top notch people and, we need more people like him in the community of Pocatello.β

βCustomer service makes the difference. This is a standard C-store with everything you'd expect--and more, because it was super-clean. But this store is not on a big freeway interchange. It's tucked back into a neighborhood, and there was obviously neighborhood traffic (kids on bikes) at the store. So maybe that's why they hire good customer service staff. The lady at the register was very friendly. She was not mechanical in her work, but talking to customers as she (still efficiently) rang stuff up. While I was there a little kid placed a large fountain drink on the counter and then, while grabbing something else, knocked over that drink. Some spilled, but the employee deftly put the drink upright, pulled out a towel, quietly wiped up the spill, and then calmly smiled and said, "Crisis averted!" I was blown away because anybody else would have either reacted in a more startled way or maybe even scolded the kid for playing around and knocking over the drink. Not that lady. She was cool and smiling and "don't cry over spilled soda" forgiving.β

βRecently, I posted a review of this store here, with a concern I had. Not even two days later, I was contacted by the regional manager. When I explained to her what had taken place the problem was resolved post haste. First rate response to customer concerns, and the employee are always nice!β
βThe female clerk Sarah is the best employee they have she is very nice, very helpful, always working with a smile on her face and she is one hell on a good worker !!!β

I donβt think that it is any nicer than any other gas station and only important if you shop at Fred Meyer and earn the points. Costco is cheaper but Fred Meyers does have more octane choiceβ
