“I was t-boned by a driver who ran a red light and was traveling at a high rate of speed. My vehicle was a 2019 3500 mega cab Limited edition truck with many aftermarket upgrades.
I called Don from the scene. He immediately began working for me to assure my claim went through with no issues. He gathered documentation regarding my upgrades and presented them to appropriate Allstate representatives. Don explained the condition of the truck and accessories. I had a total replacement policy and he was able to work with my claim and provide a total replacement 2022 3500 mega cab Limited Edition with all upgrades.
