It seems like if you're towards the back of the store you get no customer service at all. Went in the other day and had to go search for a worker to help me.

So glad we have a local Lowe's, it's a super convenient store that helps me get all of my projects done. Looks like they've added more clothing and pet supplies at the front of the store, which is a bit of a shift fr hardware stores like this.
