Not a fan. I have a receipt buts it been too long for an item I bought. I try and return without the receipt, for store credit and I need a receipt.I’m definitely happier spending my money at Home Depot.

If you are a home owner, and searching for something, your search stops here ?. There is a great selection and excellent staff to help out. As a home owner, this place will become your next home in a lot of ways.?If you are planning to stick with them, highly recommend their credit cards too. Default 6 months 0% APR is really helpful for those unplanned expenses and soften the blow to your wallet a little bit.Now for the bad, I hope this is just a one off issue and I just got a bad draw, hence just 4 stars, but, Just be careful of their installation services. Wait times can be very long. I personally had a very bad experience with flooring installation using their vendor. They did so poor a job, it had to be ripped out completely. I am still waiting for a proper resolution and had to be on a lot of calls to get the issue across properly.

Recently we made an order for some additional flooring. As a company I think the world of Lowe's. As a veteran I also appreciate the discount and all that Lowe's does as a corporation for our veterans. I however have noticed a reduction in the customer service and the training provided to the employees. Today, however I am disappointed that one of our interactions was met with an employee that was quite rude on the phone and seemed to be troubled and bothered that we called in regarding a special order we made at our local Lowe's store. I have tried on a couple of occasions to reach the store manager to bring to his attention some of my concerns with our interaction with his store employees. I know this is not reflective of Lowe's. However, if Lowe's or it's store manager has no knowledge of these issues, then they are unable to address them. It is my hopes that I might be contacted by posting this google review. I do plan on going into Lowe's today and attempt to speak with the store manager. I certainly am NOT a complainer. I generally write more positive reviews and few negative. My reviews are quite honest and fair. I know that a review can greatly impact a business as I personally look at reviews myself to determine where I make purchases. I hope that our local Lowe's store can address this issue regarding customer service. As a small business owner myself I quickly have come to understand that my services can be obtained anywhere, but it is the client service and support that will keep clients for life.

Used their contracted service to get a laminate floor installed in a basement bathroom that was being redone. They planipatched the floor and left ridges that were half an inch tall in places, making the floor less level than before they started. They didn't remove the silicone beading that was around the base of the toilet before applying the planipatch, which left other rises in the flooring. Left the job incomplete for over a week for a small job, and after they removed the toilet in the bathroom informed us they won't reinstall the toilet and that we need to hire a plumber to complete that work. That was not communicated prior to them beginning work and was not included in the quote or contract. I would not recommend their contracted installer for any flooring jobs and have lost confidence in the store's customer service as there have been minimal efforts remedy these issues.

We tried to call ahead to see if they had a part in stock. They transferred us to the Garden Section, then they told us they ‘couldn’t find’ any employees in the section we had inquired about, and to call back again and ask for that department, even though that is exactly what we did the first time. It seemed extremely unprofessional and as if they did not know what they were doing.

TL;DR: Amber Q, Megan, Sierra, and Jerry all deserve a raise due to their incredible willingness to go above and beyond!Took me a while to get to it because dealing with rental agencies, moving, getting a new job, and plenty else has been a whirlwind, but I desperately hope that this review can still go on to benefit the specific workers I mention here.In September, I was moving out. Part of that process is always going to be doing repairs and whatever else is needed. I needed to repair some of my blinds, and so I had thought I would be fine to purchase something similar and replace just the slats so I had extras for the future if I needed to replace any others later. This didn't work, and I had to make an emergency trip back to Lowe's the night before my final inspection. To say it was stressful was an understatement, but I felt confident overall since I had ordered it online and I was all set. I had a very specific window size, and so stock wasn't available elsewhere.I arrive at the store, and am greeted by the associate who ends up assisting me through the night. I inform them that I ordered online and all the fun stuff there, but soon after, they find that they can't find this order or this item *anywhere.* Clearly being visibly stressed, Jerry and Sierra (I believe. It's been a while, and there are 4 names to attach to faces) both come to my aid to ensure that they'll get it figured out and keep me company while Amber Q does some more searching into the matter. After a short time, they find I had incorrectly sent my order to a store in Utah. I needed this *tonight* though. I was willing to go to Utah at 8:00 PM if that's what it took, but I wasn't hoping for that, for sure. They came together though to search through their available inventory electronically, finding nothing. Then, Amber had ran back to check the physical inventory, since she had thought she saw it on the shipment for today. She leaves to search for about 20-30 minutes, all the while Jerry, Sierra, and Megan keep good conversation and productivity, doing other tasks but also ensuring that I wasn't just stranded. Eventually, Amber comes back with my very item! I check it out for the same price I paid online, and with so much relief, all thanks to their efforts, their patience, and their willingness to put in the extra mile to make sure that I wasn't put into a situation where I would have to just do something horribly stressful for myself, even if I had caused the problem. Their compassion, work ethic, personality, grit, and care should be highly commended, and I certainly know where I will be going when I need more home repair items. Thank you all so much!

Tamera was amazing! Amazing cashier! So nice and made each person in line feel like they were a high end client. Honestly, the whole lowes trip was! Every employee we interacted with was smiles and beyond helpful. Ash in appliances was so helpful and great customer service! When it's time for another appliance ash will be who we ask for. Amazing team they have there! We will be going there vs any other place! Thank you for such great service/experience.
