“Really 6 hours to get a phone? ? Matthew is a rockstar tho, I was there for 6 hours while he was trying to help 3 costumers at the same time.
While it was really frustrating, it wasn’t his fault, he stayed almost 4 hours after his shift ended to help every costumer.
Also he wasn’t pushy like everyone else on making you buy extra stuff at the store.
If it wasn’t for him I would give it 1 star tot his store and their management for their ridiculous lack of personal.”
