If the Drive through is open on saturdays from 10-2 doesn’t that entail dealing with a person?

If my place of business didn’t bank here I would never come to this bank! They refuse to open their doors to the public, and their drive through takes forever. I can have two people in front of me and be in line not even moving for 15 or so minutes. Their customer service is quite terrible and you can’t make deposits into an account over a certain amount unless you are authorized! Why? I’m not taking money out. I AM MAKING A BUSINESS DEPOSIT! This bank is so old fashioned and behind the times.

The lines for the drive thru windows are extremely long and wait time is 30 mins to an hour. So they suggest using the atm for checks and cash deposit. Had a issue with my check i guess. Was not notified about check being rejected. They gave me a run around to figure out what happened. Now its going to take over a week to get a COPY of the check returned to me and re deposited. Was also told they didn't own the atm and that a different company takes the checks so they couldn't call me. But yet they have my information to mail my check back. Extremely frustrating. I would rate them no stars if possible.

I understand the need to have the lobby closed, and have drive through only. That being said, the line moves very slowly. Perhaps you could have more people inside helping with the transactions to speed it up.

Although the customer service representatives are extremely friendly, I've never experienced slower service anywhere. I come here to do my father's banking only and would strongly recommend banking elsewhere

I love the people they are so helpful but for heavens sake open the lobby. I can't spend all day in a line at the drive up. Enough is enough

Can you please open up your lobby like all the other banks in town. Yesterday It took me 55 minutes to get thru your drive thru. This is getting ridiculous having to wait in that line or call and make an appointment to come inside to make business deposits. You are forcing me to switch to a bank that is actually open.

Steer clear! There is a reason why the downtown branch went out of business. It took me 3 weeks to be able to withdrawal 5K...they told me I could only withdrawal in the drive though, got there and they said they couldn't do that in the drive through. I had to make an apt to withdrawal money. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. Funny thing was, they didn't bat an eye when I took out my 40K in actual money but they dug their heels in when I closed my 9K credit card that had a zero balance for 4 years. If you're in the area, go with ICCU hands down! Better rates and WAY better customer service.

When are you going to open your lobby like the rest of the banks in town. Waiting 30 min to do a deposit is ridiculous.

I love banking here! Yellowstone has been my main branch for at least 6 years now and have always been impressed with how fast and friendly the staff is. Never had any issues.

This bank is terrible. I tried to help a friend out by putting cash into his account. They weren't accepting anyone into the bank so you have to use the drive through. 8 cars deep we finally got to the drive up computer window. The camera was jacked up. And you could not see the guy talking. Then he wouldn't accept the cash because I didn't have my friends account number. He said he couldn't look it up. They blame the difficulties and machine like banking on "covid" when every other bank is open and easy to deal with. Bad customer service Long wait time.
