FedEx Ground is a distribution center that makes package pickup easy and offers helpful customer support. Staff are friendly and try to assist with retrieving packages from the warehouse. However, delivery service can be poor, with some customers waiting weeks for their packages due to a shortage of delivery personnel. The facility is not open to the public for browsing, but overall, the team provides support and assistance when needed.

    Great delivery—put box where I cud handle it!! Delivery guy very pleasant.

    It was fine on gps to fine but incredibly difficult to find where to put the larger package I had to drop off there is no sign to ring their buzzer or to let anyone know where to drop off larger packages that can't be fit in their Dropbox

    Jennie, delivers between Cranbrook BC and Creston BC. Can not tell you enough good things about this delivery gal! She is very personable, happy each day she delivers or picks up. On the ball always! Do not ever leave this area!!!
    I sure hope Fed Ex recognizes how hard working she is!
