“I ordered two spiral binders from the Ponderay Staples location online and received a call shortly after letting me know their binding machine was down. The team went above and beyond. They even offered to drive all the way to Coeur d’Alene to have them done if I needed the spiral binding. They also gave me the option of placing the documents into a folder-style booklet or getting a refund.
I chose the booklet option, and they did a beautiful job making it perfect for my presentation. To top it off, they made two extra copies just to thank me for being understanding — at no charge! Their customer service was outstanding, and because they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, I’ll be ordering from them from now on.”
