“I was referred to Pend Oreille Veterinary Service by Fry Creek Animal Hospital after my dog hurt his back right leg. From the first phone call, to our initial appointment, the professionalism is on true display from everyone I or Capone have had contact with. Even after his initial consultation where he had blood work and a X-Ray done, so he was sedated there was a follow up phone call the next day, which I also truly appreciated. The staff was also very patient with my big boy, as he loves everyone and has to greet everyone that is within licking distance, even if that means not getting on the scale. After the consultation the staff really put my fears about Capone's TPLO surgery at ease, so it is scheduled for next week.”

“Everyone is soo friendly! The professional and thorough attention to my sick Lucy was so comforting. They were excellent at explaining her diagnosis and the treatment they felt would best get her back to her happy fluffy self. They tested & treated her and she was 80% by next day. I've been bringing my dogs here for years.”

“We were just traveling through Sandpoint when our dog was bitten by another dog. We called Fry Creek Animal Clinic and they got us in right away, no delays, no runaround. The entire team was incredibly patient and showed genuine compassion toward our dog during a stressful situation. The veterinarian was knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly experienced. We left feeling relieved and confident that our pup received excellent care. Highly recommend Fry Creek Animal Clinic if you’re ever in the area and need help for your pet. Thank you for taking such good care of our dog!”

“I just want to thank the staff here so much. From the very first call I ever made to them, they have been amazing with my cats. They are compassionate and not pushy at all. They do everything they can to give your pet the treatment they need and stay within your budget. We just lost our 11 month old cat, and they did everything possible to treat her in her final days. I ended up having to rush her to CDA where she spent her final moments. But I can’t say enough how grateful I am to the staff at VCA for how amazing they are with my pets, I never once felt judged. It is clear their priority is getting the pets care and even though we couldn’t save her in the end. Their kindness and compassion didn’t go unnoticed. I will continue to bring my living pets here again and again. Thank you! Rest in paradise Juno.”

“Dr. Liz is the best vet I’ve ever been to. She treated my dog and helped me with my cats kidney disease diagnosis. 13/10 you won’t find a more compassionate, kind, and caring veteraniarian anywhere else.”
