“I believe that Dr Caldwell and her staff Have good intentions and are good at what they do. My only complaint is one of the vet techs really needs to develop some people skills. Her behavior and communication comes across condescending and superior. Rolling your eyes at a customer is very inappropriate. This review is meant to be constructive criticism and not to hurt anyone. I can’t imagine I am the first person to experience this. Every business has room for improvement. I will continue to take my animals here and want nothing but success for CVH”
