AutoZone on E Seltice Way in Post Falls is a leading retailer of auto parts, maintenance items, and car accessories. The staff is amazing, kind, and always willing to help with part location and automotive questions. They provide wonderful service, doing their best to be available right up to closing. Employees are great reps who go the extra mile, offering to check issues like a check engine light or switch out a difficult battery. The store is well organized. If a needed part is not in stock, they will order it. This AutoZone receives high recommendation for its excellent and helpful service.
I had an issue with a purchased part and the store manager Ashley was exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile to figure out a solution. Ive gone to Orileys for a long time but she has has persuaded me to start using Autozone with her customer service. Thank you so much!!
