The bed cover was on back order, but the estimate on arrival timing was accurate and it was easy to schedule a time convenient for us to come back and get it installed.

The woman who helped us verified the size of the part, verified that they did not have it, and immediately went online to find someone who had it! She found the part at Granger, offered to order it for us, but ultimately gave us the Granger part number and we ordered it ourselves. “I am so grateful for this business. Had some significant damage to our Subura 4 days before my husband was scheduled for open heart surgery. My life was already complicated but they made the repair process stress free. They arranged towing and were very patient and no pressure waiting for me to pick up after complications with my husbands surgery. All that and the work was excellent! Then Johnston helped us with the second truck and he was amazing. Then Wendy helped us put some accessories on in the service department and she was amazing. Overall, I would give them a 10 out of 10 I felt no pressure while I was there. I felt like they were there to help they got me in the ride that I wanted and we will be using them from here on out for our fleet vehicles thank you guys. You did great.”

“After taking my car to three shops and receiving outrageous quotes and refusal from all of them to take on my sunroof repair, I was referred by Geico to ABRA post falls. They scheduled an appt for drop off and guaranteed they would do all they could. I received updates twice a week regarding the progress of my repair. They worked directly with my insurance; I did not to reach out to anyone at any point. They repaired my car in two weeks (this included waiting on parts) and the repair cost was one tenth of the cheapest quote I had received. I cannot recommend this shop enough.”

“Went in as a walk in to do a oil change on my dodge durango, very quick service, clean, they also added some fluids to my suv and didn't charge for it, by far the best guest lounge I've ever been in as far as dealerships goes. Very friendly staff. Will come again for future maintenance!”

She multitask to find out what I needed, and she went above and beyond to find a receipt, which was an out-of-state receipt for the warranty protection on the tires I had a leaky tire two other a few otherWalmart couldn’t find the receipt. Even the one I bought it from I happen to be out of state she found it she is personable”
