I’ve had problems with the vehicle ever since we bought it. The problem is Nissan. Cda has no idea how to fix the problems and they push the costs of not knowing how to fix it onto the customer. They then blame the universe on not knowing how to fix it because it’s a hybrid. The problems are with the screen (universal to Nissan nothing to do with hybrids) the plug in charger in the trunk (also has nothing to do with hybrid cars) and now I just brought it in for a oil change and now I’m getting a warning light. If you like your money and don’t want to waste it don’t buy a vehicle from da Nissan and don’t bring it in for service. They want your money and believe you are stupid and will keep going back. This is the reason why Nissan worldwide is suffering. It’s a worldwide and corporate path to not claiming bankruptcy.. if you buy or service from them … good luck

If your looking for a car at this lot my wife and I loved working with Mike McConnell, he is the nicest guy he worked hard to get our buisness. Beware he is also a great salesman ;) ,but the good kind, found me an offer I couldnt resist I was not planing to buy that day. No buyers remorse he got us a great deal. I Absolutly recomend this location everyone was great.

Tried to make me take delivery of a new truck with obvious defects. Said it would be covered under warranty. Refused to fix it before I picked it up and also refused to do business with me thereafter. Real brain child's.

So far the truck we brought here has had no working AC. It's now on its 4TH time of being taken into the service dept here to be fixed. Meanwhile, it's the middle of July in all-black truck with black interior. Every week it is being driven in 90-100 degree heat with no AC. We have to drop it off for a day every wk at the service dept, just for the AC to stop working the next day and then we have to repeat the process all over again. Beyond just driving in a sweltering black truck our appts, jobs, and everything else have been affected while this issue continues. I understand it is a process of elimination to fix said problem, but what I don't understand is why it takes 4 visits and 3 parts later and we're still without AC?? I find it really hard to believe all the excuses at this point and clearly it's not a priority to them at all.

I just had my NV200 in for a AC problem. This was my second service visit with CDA Nissan's service dept. Both times Shane was my Service Advisor. And how lucky I was ! Shane is an outstanding individual and as dedicated a service person as I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He goes above and beyond what is required to meet your service needs on your auto. And my experience with their staff from service to sales was all very positive. My thanks to Sarah also for her help while Shane was unavailable. She also is very good at her job
I drive from Spokane Valley to deal with this fine dealership and will continue to do so. Shane, you deserve my sincere gratitude for taking great care of my NV200 and me included!

Buying a car recently at Coeur d’Alene Nissan from John was the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. They are very helpful, honest, and do not try to upsell you. I have purchased many cars over the years and this buying experience was the best one ever. I also am very pleased with the beautiful silver Versa that we purchased.
