“Wonderful opportunity to attend two great workouts with Courtney while visiting the area. The workout was a small group, the instructor was very personable, professional and encouraging. My first time to a gym where workouts focused on age 40 and over...loved it! Highly recommend this gym. I felt like I belonged there and I left feeling worked out!”

“****edit: Owner reached out and apologized for the incident and asked what he could do to make it right. Then he promptly replaced all the frayed cables on their cable machines. They really need new metal pulleys and cables, at the very least new cables on their cable machine. I just sliced my thumb open on one of the many frayed wires….. please replace and tighten them.”
