I joined TruFitt over a year ago, and it has changed my life! I look forward to the workouts with an encouraging group of people with the same goal, get healthy! The coaches are patient and helpful and push you to do your very best. I've lost 70 pounds and feel so much stronger! I highly recommend this gym!
