Charlie helped my husband & I with easy to understand language, gave us sound options, & helped us implement our decisions. We ended up tossing a flip phone, transferring my phone to my husband & upgrading my phone. Charlie helped with the transition & helped me find my necessary passwords, save them, & get us up & running. Today I needed help & chose to return to this T-mobile store on account of hoping Charlie was working today. She was! And today Sean was a huge help as well! Great store! There are a lot of T-mobile stores out there, but this is the One

They truly know their stuff and have a great system in place for tracking outages to speed along the restoration process.
