What a joke. We had an appointment scheduled a week in advanced. But they were with someone else. They apologized and sent us all the way to post falls because they had an opening. By the time we get there they tell us that they do have someone else scheduled. I mean 3 missed appointments within 2 hours. Waste of my time...

Had an excellent experience getting my taxes done this year with Katy. With several complicated tax issues we really need the help.
