“Hope was AMAZING today. I had something come up last minute and needed a large same day printing job. I wouldn't have been surprised if she'd turned me away, since I came in so close to closing, but instead she went above and beyond, exceeded my expectations, and saved my bacon. I saw her interact with several customers and her professionalism was A+. As a small business owner, it meant so much to me that she went out of her way to help. I don't know how much she makes but, it should be more. If I were in a position to hire, I would have tried to steal her to be honest. She's the type of employee every small business needs.
