At 1 p.m., I approached an older gentleman standing on the left side of the parcel delivery area. Despite my limited English, the man immediately understood my problem and quickly solved it. At first, we thought the parcel had already been sent, but the man said it could be returned. I was very happy about this because the parcel was from Europe, and the delivery was expensive. The man then went to the warehouse and started looking for the parcel again. I didn't know this, so I prayed to God for help. A couple of minutes later, he brought me my parcel. I was overjoyed. He even complimented me on my accent, which was nice. I was in complete shock!
