“I utilized this storage facility for 6 years and can say it is the best maintained facility I have ever used. I had no rodent problems, no water or weather problems in my unit, and the people were very accommodating when I was out of state and needed to get access for someone. I would highly recommend this facility.”
“My family has had a storage unit here since it opened (we had two for a few years), and the staff have always been friendly and nice. The gate has always worked, facility has always been clean and kept up, and we never had any big struggles with mice/vermin, either. The website made it easy for me to pay my mom's storage unit until we were able to transfer it into my sister's name after my mom passed. We vacated one unit last year, and getting our deposit back was super easy. We're vacating the last unit this year only because we've been blessed to purchase a house with a garage. If we or our family/friends ever need a storage unit again, we'll be going here, first!”

“Super friendly staff. Only 2 unit sizes, which is fine, I don't have a ton to store. Monthly unit rent did just increase to $75 for the smaller unit but I think that is probably the going rate for that size. It was a very convenient location when I needed to move things quickly, so it works.”

Be careful with the rental increase. It feels like every 2 months my rent was increased significantly.”
“Breck went absolutely above and beyond to help us during a very complicated long-distance move. When our original moving truck reservation fell through, the moving company ended up providing two smaller trucks with two car haulers instead of the one large truck we had planned for. What could have been a complete logistical nightmare was made so much easier because of Breck.
He proactively coordinated pickup times, helped us navigate the process of getting two difficult trailers hooked up, and even coordinated with the moving company when one of the trucks had a dead battery and needed a technician to come out. He stayed involved throughout the process, making sure everything was resolved and that we could get safely on the road.
Breck was consistently friendly, responsive, patient, and proactive, though many of the problems were outside of his responsibility. He genuinely went the extra mile to make a stressful situation manageable, and we really appreciated having someone so helpful and dependable in our corner. Excellent customer service and a huge asset to the company. I would absolutely recommend working with A Better Storage Solution because of Breck. Thank you!”

“I worked with Rachel when setting up my account and it went so smooth and fast. I was able to move into my unit the next day. I was trying to store my 33 foot RV in my unit and it was to large. So they offered to upgrade my unit to a larger one at a great price. Overall 5 star customer service and easy access (but secure) into the facility. Definitely recommend”
