“I've been with Giant Storage for at least a year now and I'm really happy overall. The staff are professional and courteous and very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. The facility is well kept especially during snow, they do their best to keep the roadways clear. They have a clean bathroom for tenants as well inside the gate which is very convenient. They've always had my solid recommendation to others.”
“What my wife and I love most of all is Sandy the owner. She is a down home type of lady always has time to talk and is in no hurry. You may see her out on her tractor in the Summertime keeping the place up. Her pricing is very fair and the place is secure. We keep our 31 foot motor home with her.”

“Ashley has been extremely helpful. She is the best part of NW Storage. I have been there for over 2 years and she is the reason I am still there. The facility is clean and they have nice size units. Be careful with the rental increase. It feels like every 2 months my rent was increased significantly.”
“Super friendly staff. Only 2 unit sizes, which is fine, I don't have a ton to store. Monthly unit rent did just increase to $75 for the smaller unit but I think that is probably the going rate for that size. It was a very convenient location when I needed to move things quickly, so it works.”

“I worked with Rachel when setting up my account and it went so smooth and fast. I was able to move into my unit the next day. I was trying to store my 33 foot RV in my unit and it was to large. So they offered to upgrade my unit to a larger one at a great price. Overall 5 star customer service and easy access (but secure) into the facility. Definitely recommend”
