Used to be great units for a lower price in the area, new owners bought the facility and started gradually hiking rates after you are renting. They also got rid of the 24 hour access, even though their website claims they still have 24 hour access

Exceptional customer service. They've been super supportive and responsive since day one. It was seamless securing the storage unit and they've been helpful whenever I've had any questions. I rented a 10x20 and it was very clean and in great condition when I got it. Their online portal is very easy to use.
