EDIT: Jake saw my review apologized for the issue and issued one month of the refund back. Raising my Google review to a three star, finding a company that will see issues and resolve it mean a lot to me, the place is a good storage unit. But I can’t go higher then that because this issue could have been resolved and a 5 star given if it would have been logged correctly the first time
Terrible service. Trying to get ahold of them is ridiculous. We told someone at the desk we had emptied the storage, they said ok. Found out two months later they were still charging us, after they sent a picture of our former storage unit that the lock was missing and we needed to add a lock. We told them that we had been out for several months and we had informed the staff and they said it was fine. No refund. Days to get a hold of them to confirm that we’re not gonna be charged anymore, but that they’re not going to refund us. Horrible customer service.

They raise rates well beyond what they have posted online and are not willing to work with customers they've had long term.

Jacked my rent up 60 the first year and another 60 the second year for a total of 120. Sad really, scam artists at best! So paying 182 bucks for an 8x10 storage. Do you think that’s fair??? Money hungry rich folks own this place. I think they jack the price up so high they want you to abandon so they can sell all your stuff.

When I moved in to a 10x10 it was 100 a month. They force you to pay "insurance" on top of rent. I was there 4 months and they hiked the rent to 140 for a 10x10!!
They get you in on the "online deals" then they rape you 3 months later.
Stateline storage has 10x20 for what they are charging here for a 10x10.
I pulled my shit out and went there. I wouldn't rent here again due to the way they lure you in online then proceed to raise rents above what other local companies charge.
Id recommend state line storage
