“Service was great. The counter people were having fun while doing their jobs. Truck was clean and warming up for me while I was doing paperwork. My only complaint is the little added fees. Environmental fees and the like. Why don't you add them to the truck rental so that I don't get quoted $78.00, but turns out to be nearly $100. I know mileage is extra, and that's fine. Uhaul has always charged mileage. All the unspoken fees seems a little deceptive.
This is nothing against my rental company, they were great. This is directed towards corporate Uhaul. You offer a great service, you don't need to be deceptive about it.”
