“Kat with Penske Rental in Whitehall, MT, was COMPLETELY AMAZING!! Penske in Whitehall closed at 1700, but she gave me her personal cell phone number to call when we arrived from ID, and was there at 2008 herself so that we could pick up the Penske van that was to have been reserved for us by a Penske employee in Spokane, WA. She gave me driving instructions to the next town, gave me wildlife precautions (not only deer but moose as well!), and helped turn a bad situation into a tolerable one by being so sweet and accommodating. Now SHE is the epitome of an employee going above and beyond in her duties and she should be commended for doing just that! I cannot say enough good things about this amazing employee of Penske. “I went there after checking online for a 17foot cargo van. The man at the counter told me they didn't have any left. I went outside and called the 800 number. There they gave me a reservation for a 17 foot cargo van at the same store ready for pick up in 15 minutes! The guy who told me they didn't have any was shocked when another guy was processing my rental for me.he said there must have been a cancellation. There wasnt.”
