“I virtually never take the time to write reviews however I feel compelled to share our experience with JC Auto. We had $7,000 put together between us and our daughter to buy her first car. I knew used cars were in short supply but I couldn’t believe the junk being offered on Marketplace and car lots.Two cars we drove had problems so bad I was concerned we wouldn’t get them back to the lot.After running through the best of the worst that I had set up to look at we had no further prospects and resorted to just pulling into used car lots. One of which was Jared’s lot.I explained what we were looking for and he had two cars that intrigued us. Within 30 minutes we came to terms on a car which was way more car than I thought we could get.The whole process was completely free of stress, no sales tactics or annoying add ons like most attempt to sell. We were cash buyers but didn’t have the funds on us Jared held the car for 24 hours on a handshake.I can honestly say when it’s time to purchase another vehicle stopping at JC Auto will be my first and hopefully last stop.”

“They really have gone above and beyond getting me into a nice car, getting me a lower interest rate then I would have. Later after getting vehicle, the check engine light came on and it needed new spark plugs. They got me in the day before Thanksgiving, weeks ahead of my closest mechanic where i lived. And the manager Kyle only charged me $100 vs the full $350 to do the work. ( Yes, spark plus on this jeep with labor is not cheap, everyone was quoting me 3-400 , mostly in labor due to the manifold needing to be taken off)The whole crew is great and go above and beyond and manager, Kyle seems to like working in the garage and helping his guys get cars fixed. Good leadership there!”
