“Had a great experience with Luke, the owner. Went to Fresh Start after seeing an RV for sale. We tested it out and decided to buy it after a few days. Luke said he wanted us to drive it around and make sure we really were happy, which we did. We bought it as is, no warranty. It had new tires which we were happy about, as we left for a 2500 mile(one way) trip 2 weeks later. We'll we had a tire issue along the way and called Luke to ask him a couple questions. We explained the we had a tire issue. We told him we were fixing it but asked where the tires were from so we could possibly take it back. Luke called back the next morning to check on us and insisted on paying for half the tire purchase we had to make. This was way above and beyond what he had to do as again we bought it with no warranty. The check was waiting for us upon our return from our trip. I would highly recommend Luke and Fresh Start Auto!”

“Purchased a 2018 Audi A4 Allroad on 6/7/23Vehicles should come with a full tank of gas or a $60 gift card. Also wish my car was clean when I looked at it.When I got the car home and gave it a good wash. I could definitely see the paint wasn’t as nice as It looked under a coat of dust in their lot. Going to be expensive fixing all the spots somebody tried to fix themselves.Other than that everything was perfect 10/10. They worked with me to get a vehicle I LOVE. Their fiancé guy got me a better loan than other bigger dealerships. I wish I was alone for the test ride but I had a worse ride along at the Audi dealership.For some people buying a new/ used vehicle is very overwhelming so it’s hard to ask for simple things like. VEHICLES SHOULD HAVE A FULL TANK OF GAS and should be cleaned or offered to be washed before you drive off the lot.So overall 8/10”

“I have done the whole ride around between dealerships in this area, its tiring. Truckland here is a smaller outfit with a great staff. I don't usually write reviews but they impressed me so I kinda felt a need. You will get the price you want if they have a vehicle your interested in, I checked out a couple vehicles. I know I couldn't find my car under that price anywhere, probably not even close. Smaller outfits mean better prices, I just recommend to check them out first. They even did an extra service for me because I had a specific need for it and they went beyond their norm to help me out.”

Well, we happened to fall into a beautiful rav4 on this lot and purchased this vehicle about a week ago. Not a problem at all several hundred miles later! “They're not a high end fancy car lot, but they're absolutely great at working with us! It wasn't high pressure (medium-low pressure, which is acceptable at a car lot, they gotta make their living too!) and when we gave them our budget, they worked with us to find the best price. We got our car inspected before purchase, and they were 100% cool with that, no trying to trick us or slip something by, and when we came back they not only worked with us to find the best price (again!) to make sure we got our best deal, but they even suggested a mechanic for a few issues that needed fixed. They're a used car lot, so I didn't expect a showroom new truck out of them, but I didn't expect them to work so hard to make sure that we got out of there with what we needed at a reasonable price with a smile!
