I came out to my car with fluid EVERYWHERE and it completely undrivable. I was in tears, overwhelmed, and trying to figure out what I was supposed to do next with four kids in tow. From the very beginning, they stepped in and guided me through everything — helping coordinate towing, explaining what was happening, keeping me updated, and somehow getting my car diagnosed, repaired, and back up and running in ONE DAY, basically at the drop of a hat.
Aaron, the owner, was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, communicative, straightforward, and made sure I understood what was going on instead of making me feel clueless or like I was just another repair ticket. Jason was equally incredible and basically held my hand through the entire process while I was freaking out. He was patient, reassuring, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and made sure I was completely good to go before sending me on my way.
As a single mom with four kids, suddenly losing my vehicle isn’t just inconvenient — it can throw our entire life into chaos. They may not realize how much it meant to me to have people simply say, essentially, “We’ve got you. We’ll figure this out,” and then actually follow through.
They were fast, kind, professional, communicative, and incredibly accommodating during a moment when I desperately needed someone to make one problem easier instead of harder. Getting my car back on the road that quickly was genuinely a saving grace for my family.

“I had an amazing experience here. I ended up buying a truck and then returning it for a bigger one. Keith initially helped us and did amazing. Then Johnston helped us with the second truck and he was amazing. Then Wendy helped us put some accessories on in the service department and she was amazing. Overall, I would give them a 10 out of 10 I felt no pressure while I was there. I felt like they were there to help they got me in the ride that I wanted and we will be using them from here on out for our fleet vehicles thank you guys. You did great.”
“After going to many auto supply stores, we ended up here. The woman who helped us verified the size of the part, verified that they did not have it, and immediately went online to find someone who had it! She found the part at Granger, offered to order it for us, but ultimately gave us the Granger part number and we ordered it ourselves. I can’t thank the sales lady enough for going out of the way to make sure we had the correct part even if it was purchased from someone else! If I lived in the area, I would never go anywhere else!”
“Stopped by to make appointment for snow tires and oil change. They were able to get me in right then about 4:45. Then when they were ready they told me the price and it ended up being for the oil change. Which ended up being else's then expected. Also did it in about 40 minutes. Have been going to them for decades.”
“I am so grateful for this business. Had some significant damage to our Subura 4 days before my husband was scheduled for open heart surgery. My life was already complicated but they made the repair process stress free. They arranged towing and were very patient and no pressure waiting for me to pick up after complications with my husbands surgery. All that and the work was excellent! “After taking my car to three shops and receiving outrageous quotes and refusal from all of them to take on my sunroof repair, I was referred by Geico to ABRA post falls. They scheduled an appt for drop off and guaranteed they would do all they could. I received updates twice a week regarding the progress of my repair. They worked directly with my insurance; I did not to reach out to anyone at any point. They repaired my car in two weeks (this included waiting on parts) and the repair cost was one tenth of the cheapest quote I had received. I cannot recommend this shop enough.”
