“The customer service here should be the model for all stores! My guess is that the bulk of their customers are seasoned professionals in their respective trades. Yet when those of us that aren't as seasoned, and definitely not a professional, come in needing service on a piece of equipment, or are in the market for something new, they're able to help us, myself included, make the right decisions through very informative conversations! I would drive a very long distance to do my shopping of this kind here! This isn't a big box store, this is a professional sales and service center where the employees actually use the products they sell! I can't recommend this place enough!!!”
