I want to try and love the new bisect holster but I’ve been waiting forever for an RMA response to be able to exchange an unopened delivery. My wife ordered the holster for the wrong firearm and I was hoping to correct it before it shipped, after it shipped, and after delivery, without having to wait for the return, refund, order, and delivery again. Might as well just return this one and buy another from somewhere else. Message, call, email…great to have all these options, but not when you don’t answer any of them.”
