They have shipped in parts the next day for me at no cost.

“Amazing! My 2017 Toyota Tacoma was struck by a deer November 25 (if it were not for involving insurance for full coverage payment ) they would’ve had my vehicle done in a week! As it was, everything was completed by December 12th and they went above and beyond, detailing the inside of my vehicle, not just the bodywork. They guaranteed that I had Toyota certified parts to replace everything that was damaged by the Buck! I am so grateful! They were kind, caring, extremely considerate, and so professional outstanding customer service throughout all of the communication provided for updates, etc. I cannot even tell that there was ever any damage to the front of my vehicle! My only regret is that State Farm paid merely half of what the cost was for all the repair work that Solesbee’s did for my truck. This is not fair to their company. Therefore, I encourage anyone who has had a similar experience to advocate for Solesbee’s and write a letter demanding full payment for the bodywork that they do. They are the only Toyota certified service Shop I will ever go to, In order to maintain the warranty on my vehicle. “Customer service 10 stars! ALL the staff are SO helpful! My husband and I had issues with our 2002 Ford. My husband had inadvertently put the battery on backwards. The battery light came on, the radio stopped working and the windshield wipers worked very slowly. We bought an alternator thinking that would fix the issues. It didn't so we took the car back in, and they checked the fuses (they checked them the first time but misses one) and the main fuse had gone out so the alternator wasn't sending to the battery. We replaced the main fuse and also the accessory fuse and everything worked! Every single person who works there is amazing. Their customer service is top notch. I HIGHLY recommend O'Reilly's in Rathdrum. The BEST customer service around!!!”
