“So far so good, Chris, I spoke with him, he said he was twoweeks out which is to be expected with the shortage of experienced diesel guys in the area. He said he would try to squeeze it in if I dropped the truck off, when I spoke at the front desk he had some ideas already flowing as to the problem. “Will not go to the other locations. I have probably been to more than 20 locations in my time. And I’ve had my share of regrettable experiences at Les Schwab centers. I realize it all depends on how it’s ran and the employees that work there and the values they uphold. This location has been the most respectful and courteous location I have experienced yet. Usually when you make an appointment, your appointment time is respected unlike other locations I have experienced locally. Additionally, it’s clean and quiet compared to other locations. And everyone that I’ve spoken with has had personable manners and a positive attitude which is most appreciate.”
