The gal who did my photos as well as the gentleman who helped were both incredibly kind and took several just to make sure everything was meeting US Department of State regulations to a T. They were professional, friendly, made the whole process easy and didn’t make me feel like a burden. I was also able to make copies of important documents I needed while I waited for only .60 cents, which was wonderful. They are usually family owned businesses and have to make a profit or go broke. If you want to drive to the Federal Post Office and wait in line, that is always an option.”
