“Your greeted quickly. I am impressed by the speed their UPS DROP OFF WORKS!!! Staff was incredibly kind to an old man on oxygen. When you treat the elderly with kindness and respect that's a business that I will be going into. Showing that type of kindness to someone is what having a good business is all about and that everybody matters. I don't even know the prices that Staples charges but I know how they treat human beings and that's where I'm going to spend my money.”

“Every time I come in here the entire team has been extremely helpful and they've never looked down on me when I feel dumb. I don't ship a lot of packages so it's hard for me to understand the know-how. They've been courteous when it's empty or busy, morning or late afternoon. They have a TON more options for packaging than govt post office and I love having choices. Even if it's busy, the line doesn't go out the door and everyone is seen as promptly as possible.”
