“This auto shop is really good. Customer service, mechanics, very good. I've been there twice. Once for alignment, new brakes, drums and rotors, leveling kit and diff drop. Today I went in for a tire rot and bal. NO CHARGE! What??? Made my day. I called today and he said come now. I got there, BSed for a min and thenade a phone call. My pick-up was done before I could finish 1 call. The gentleman said they would match any coupons. This is my new shop.

“Fixed my tire in one day took all day to order the tire told me I was next and tht wasn't the case so had to wait an hour and a half when I called said my car was next to go in but still appreciate the good work don't know if they where on break but lot of people standing around”

“I had an appointment for a seasonal change out on Wednesday the 8th at the Hayden store. This is my store - I purchased my Open Range tires (5) for my 03 Dodge 3/4T RAM from this store in recent years. The staff and technicians are second to none! Unfortunately I am not able to name anyone specifically BUT EVERYONE at that store on that day was professional, courteous, friendly, competent, and treated me like family. “We were traveling through Idaho and our trailer had a bad valve stem. We camped overnight at the Kootenai Co Fairgrounds where Les Schwab employee Kenny came to our location and replaced the valve stem in less than 20 minutes! This was after the store had already closed, but they said don't worry we will send someone out. Shout out to Kenny and thank you once again for the outstanding service!”

“Will not go to the other locations. I have probably been to more than 20 locations in my time. And I’ve had my share of regrettable experiences at Les Schwab centers. I realize it all depends on how it’s ran and the employees that work there and the values they uphold. This location has been the most respectful and courteous location I have experienced yet. Usually when you make an appointment, your appointment time is respected unlike other locations I have experienced locally. Additionally, it’s clean and quiet compared to other locations. And everyone that I’ve spoken with has had personable manners and a positive attitude which is most appreciate.”
