They made sure they gave me back my car all shiny and new. Only complaint was the lack of updates about the delays to my car. Had to keep calling back hoping my car was done and it wasn’t. “I brought a pair of dodge heads here to be repaired. I usually never trust anyone when it comes to the work that needs done to my trucks. I have always done it myself simply because I know it'll be done right and it doesn't cost me anywhere near what any other place charges me to do it.
That being said, I still paid way more than I wanted to pay however they did a fantastic job which I was not expecting. I never expect it regardless who it is.
Thank you for the workmanship you have given me and thank the guys you have working there for the work they do. They did a great job and I will be bringing you everything from this point forward cause I can trust you will do it right.

“I liked them overall and I would give them a 5 star review. However the last time I went before I left Rexburg to go home they did a checkup on my car because of a leak they had mentioned. Mechanic looked at it, told me it was fine. Come home to Washington state and my families mechanic was like oh yeah they didn't tell you about all these issues. So their mechanic is either lacking in skill or dishonest but their technicians are good at what they do and professional.”
“I was traveling from Arizona and was having car trouble. Another auto shop in town referred me to Point S when they couldn't get to my car in time. Point S found the issue to be very minor charging me $19.08 when they could have lied and charged me hundreds for major repairs. Highly recommend!”

“I am a big fan of doing my own oil changes but on cars that it’s really annoying to do I recommend zippy lube. They are quick and really good and it’s only about $15 more than doing it yourself. Worth the cost for a lot pf hard to work on cars or ones that need special tools”

“Absolutely amazing service and experience! My windshield cracked a few weeks ago from a rock hitting it, and I wanted to get it replaced before it snowed more, since it was starting to crack more throughout the whole windshield. I called to get a quote and the price was great! And still cheaper than other shops, but I knew I wanted to go here from their great reviews and recommendations from friends! They had an appointment with me the next day and even had my car done earlier than expected! They had clear and simple instructions to follow for the next few days so that my windshield settled. Overall amazing experience and I would go back again and refer all my friends. Make the appointment, they'll be sure to take care of you! Everyone there is so kind and you won't regret choosing them! 10/10 recommend!”
