Greenbrier Apartments are BYU-Idaho Approved Housing for women and men in a great location, just a four-minute walk to campus. The complex is at the northeast corner of campus and is a safe, well-lit area. The culture and community are really good, with a great mix of kind people, making it easy to make friends. The management team is wonderful, friendly, understanding, reliable, and personable, working with an incredible and prompt maintenance crew. Maintenance is done in a timely manner, often the same day. The apartments themselves are older but very well-kept, clean, and safe. Amenities include coin-less washers and dryers in every apartment, internet, and free parking. The apartments are very cheap for the price. Some notes for improvement include that the small kitchen with one fridge can feel cramped, and some second-story apartments need air-conditioning or better shading for large windows during summer. During winter, ice has a tendency to form on the roads, sidewalks, and parking lots, which aren't maintained as often as they ought to be, though the walkways are maintained. Overall, it is a fantastic spot for new or returning students.
