“I always have a good experience with this store. But I had an exceptional experience with a return the other day. I purchased a gas powered air compressor that wouldn't start. After troubleshooting with no luck, I decided to return it for a new one. They quickly unloaded the heavy defective one for me, and loaded the new one while the kind man up front processed the free exchange. They didn't even charge me the restocking fee, instead they approved me for a discount. The new air compressor started in second after unboxing and filling with appropriate fluids. Great management and service!”

“Super friendly females on the front end. The dudes stocking, not so much. Very clean and well stocked store. It was Sunday morning shortly after they opened. But guys, when a customer looks confused and asks where something is, and you point, follow up to make sure they locate the item! (If pointing is even allowed in this store?) That shelf you were cleaning can wait 30 seconds when a paying customer asks for product location! Pointing says that shelf is more important than me! (*Note: Retired after 25 years in corporate retail management.) This was my first time in a CAL store. I needed Propane tanks for my RV refilled. And several other items. I left with less than I came in for. Front end ladies represented your company well. Thank you.”
