“I was traveling from Arizona and was having car trouble. Another auto shop in town referred me to Point S when they couldn't get to my car in time. Point S found the issue to be very minor charging me $19.08 when they could have lied and charged me hundreds for major repairs. Highly recommend!”

“I liked them overall and I would give them a 5 star review. However the last time I went before I left Rexburg to go home they did a checkup on my car because of a leak they had mentioned. Mechanic looked at it, told me it was fine. Come home to Washington state and my families mechanic was like oh yeah they didn't tell you about all these issues. So their mechanic is either lacking in skill or dishonest but their technicians are good at what they do and professional.”

“I was on a job up in the foothills and after backing up in my truck, the truck was stuck in reverse and wouldn't allow me to put it in any other gear. I called Jose at Taylor Chevrolet and he told me what he thought the problem might be and that he will send a tow truck right away. It was 4:45 pm and he had the truck back to their shop shortly after. His prognosis was correct and their mechanics had the truck up and working the next day. While they had the truck in the shop they also found issues with the breaks and were also able to fix them as well. Taylor Chevrolet service staff and mechanics have always been great to work with and we will continue to take our vehicles to them.”
