“I’m from out of state and had a problem with a tire I had to keep putting air in every few days. Stopped into their store and asked if I could make an appointment to have them look at my problem. They said they could look at it right now, I said okay. About 30 minutes later came to the lobby and notified me the had found a small staple in the tire, fixed it and did not charge me anything for the work. I am now a Les Schwab fan customer.
