“It was a Saturday afternoon. We were traveling from West Yellowstone through Rexburg on our way home to Washington state when we became aware of a terrible sound from our rear brake. I was very shocked to discover that one of the brake calipers had lost a screw which caused the caliper to drag on the inside of the wheel and create a nasty scraping noise. We really needed to return to Washington by Sunday and did not want to be stuck in Rexburg over the weekend. Point S was wonderful to work us into their schedule. They could have charged me several hundred dollars for a new caliper, but instead ran to a parts store and found the correct screw. $73 and 1 hour later I was back on the road.
