University Courtyard provides a welcoming and peaceful home for married students directly across from BYU-Idaho. Residents love their apartments and describe having a great experience living there. The maintenance team is consistently praised as amazing, really good at the job, and timely in fixing issues, from a broken window to various other needs. Management is frequently highlighted as fantastic, super helpful, professional, friendly, and fair, especially during move-out and lease transitions. They are on top of everything, constantly communicating updates via email and working to improve the apartment areas with construction. The community is supportive, with managers helpfully suggesting ways to sell contracts. Stricter rules have also fostered a more peaceful environment. Overall, it is a place where comfort meets convenience, making it easy to balance studies and home life.
Amazing services! We live at the very end of the apartment, so our wifi was really slow. Thanks to Katelyn , our amazing manager, she was able to fix it ! It’s so nice to have such an amazing manager. Loved it!

I love it here!! The maintance guy is amazing, really good at his Job and helping us when we needed it. The new manager has been on top of everything. She is so awesome at her job. We plan on staying here as long as our school year.
