“This O'Reilly auto parts center is pretty good, the guys that work here are always super nice, my only thing I would say is depending on the issue there doesn't seem to be quite as much knowledge among the staff about cars as you might find in other locations, and sometimes I have to warranty the new parts I get (however to my understanding that's not a them thing) but either way the guys take good care of your purchase and the warranty is always easy to get done”

“The only place you need to know for electrical issues, batteries, etc.
Cheaper than Walmart or Costco (and they install for free). They add the moisture barrier, and can diagnose an issue CORRECTLY the first time.
Recommend them to all my friends, especially for those new to Idaho.
Don't be taken back by the grungy building. They are top-notch.
My first experience with them was with a car that kept running the battery down (but not all the time). I took it to the auto parts stores to check it out...replaced the battery a couple times, alternator, etc.
The guy at Start Specialists diagnosed the voltage regulator in about 3 minutes, and had it replaced in less than a day.
The last battery they put in my car lasted over 7 years.
