There's no guarantee of outcome with living things, but we feel we were treated very well ... the doctors spent adequate time, the estimated costs were accurate, and we trust the health of all our "kids" to South Fork. The pricing is fair and reasonable, and the telephone follow up is wonderful.

What I appreciate most is that Dr. Hamilton takes the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and provides all the necessary information, helping me to make informed decisions about my dogs care. Their pricing is always fair, and scheduling appointments is easy. I've had nothing but positive experiences and highly recommend their office to anyone seeking excellent veterinary care for their pets.

Mountain River Veterinary Hospital
3745 E County Line Rd, RigbyHands down, the best vet experience ever. I had never been to this vet before, but we had an emergency with our cat, who was all but dead. They met us on there on the weekend and took great control of the situation. After a few days of being hydrated on an IV, he still showed little progress. We knew it was time to put him down. We went to do it and I changed my mind. The vet was very clear not to sway us in either direction but he did say he always fights for the animal. So we made the choice to fight for him too. They put a feeding tube in and in less than 48 hours we were bringing him home! They all loved him and held him. I'll always be grateful to them for all helping have a hand in him surviving. I'll be switching all my animals over there.

Labs of Cottonhollow
484 N 4154 E, RigbyOver the past several years we have purchased three labs from Labs of Cottonhollow, and have found the experience exceptional, from initial contacts, to ongoing updates as the pups developed, including enjoying picking them out and watching their puppy stage before adoption via the puppy cam. Sally and Kirk have been outstanding in their communications, assistance with choice of pups, and preparation of the pups in the first ten weeks with socialization with so many friends and neighbors, aiding in the pup's development and personality. The transfer process has been seamless, and they have gone above and beyond to accommodate our coming up from Southern California to pick up the pups. The now adult dogs are spectacular, and are truly a part of our family! We cannot recommend Labs of Cottonhollow highly enough, and when the time comes to get another lab, we will turn yet again to Labs of Cottonhollow!

Idaho Jewels Poodles
51 N 3300 E, RigbyBought my litle girl from Julie in the summer of 2007 and had her flown to Denver. She was healthy and beautiful and grew to the 4# adult weight Julie predicted. She was an absolute delight her entire life, and one of my 2 heart dogs. She passed 1/25/24 at age 16 and I miss and cry for her every day.
