Marx was absolutely awesome today at the Rigby Verizon Store. He was able to recover and transfer all of my husband's phone info- inspite of only being able to use maybe 1/4 of the destroyed screen. He helped us get the best new phone and plan for our needs.
He was patient and understanding while dealing with our 'old folk tech skills'.
Our experience was 5 star because of him. Thanks Marx!

(I've never being here),Question could you guys fix this?,and if you could how much money would it cost,the phone is a Samsung Galaxy a21 the screen got absolutely broken but everything else works perfectly 👌.

We went in for scheduled appointment on a Saturday. They had one employee working. After waiting an hour for the employee to finish up with a customer, we left.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. All I needed to do was turn my old phone in, and the guy working there wouldn't even pull up my information, telling me I needed to go to Ammon to turn in my old phone. I went into the idaho falls store, handed in my phone, and it was done in 5 minutes. I really would have appreciated saving the time and gas running into town

Don’t get the “liquid steel” screen protector they try to upsell. ($60) rip off. Your screen still scratches despite being told it doesn’t. Went in to use the warranty and get a reimbursement or at least a partial since there are deep scratches on my screen now. The District Manager told me it states clearly on the box it doesn’t protect against scratches, just breaks and wouldn’t help me out. I guess losing business is more important than $30 partial refund and more importantly customer service.

Mark is amazing definitely recommend dealing with him! he helped us out a lot couldn’t be any happier. we had an issue he tried to fix it, but the people on the phone hung up on him. We called two days later and got the problem fixed. It just makes us mad that they can’t do it with Mark and they had to argue with us and be so rude when he was helping us out. when we did it after seeing our bad review they were more willing to help us. Fixed it and worked with us. Problem fixed. Mark stayed longer than he should’ve he is amazing!!! The other guy sorry to say not so much he didn’t want to do much you can tell he is lazy and don’t want to do much plus he took the sale from mark just cause he was getting married and wasn’t there when our phones showed up. yet mark is the one we worked with first. Best person to see is Mark if you ask me. He’s the only reason why we are happy with what we got.

My experience was good. There was only one clerk working in the Verizon store. It was a constant flow of customers Alex did a phenomenal job of multitasking. Yes there was waiting but he just kept doing his job. I bought a new phone and watch was there 2 plus hours.
