“My orders had a number off by my own careless mistake but I was able to call the post and this lovely employee, Fred, was kind enough to look through the tracking number and correct the address so that I was able to still get my packages! He was very kind and patient”

“Very unhelpful, having stuff shipped here is a nightmare. Most places wont ship to PO box but they only have PO boxes. They know the name and address but are unwilling to keep the package.
They just send it back because they don't want to do there job.
Update. The lady's who were working went out of there way to help make this right and found my package. Then the post master made it a point to call me to make sure it was resolved. Thank you again for helping me figure it out.”
