“Customer service has traditionally been wonderful here. Today Mandy was friendly, greeted us, thanked us. Jamis is always great. The store was cleaner than normal due to Covid-19. The only fly in the ointment is Mindy. She is utterly silent and rude. Literally- no hello, no telling us our total, no telling us our card processed, just stands there staring off into space. There is no need to hire rude employees when so many people need jobs.”

“One of the nicest places in Rupert, ID. Stop in for fantastic food at a great price. The management knows what there doing when it comes to all aspects of managing a store. From cleanliness to the people they hier. Freindliness of the staff and courtesy of the staff is A1+. The guy in the kitchen will make you feel warm and invited. If you don't see any item ready, just ask him and he will make it for you on the spot. Great job Maverik where adventure is only a heartbeat away.”
