Osiris (I'm sure I spelled that incorrectly) has been nothing but polite and patient with numerous stupid calls from me. Super friendly and answered even the dumbest of questions with nothing but professionalism. Hands down an asset to the company. Every single person that's been to our home through the entire set up process has been fantastic. I wish I would've gotten names but they know who they are :). We have 5 annoying rottweilers that like to bark at strangers and none of them looked even the least bit annoyed. The tech that came to do the final hookup into our home was amazing as well. They obviously choose the best and vet their employees well. He was in and out in no time and assured everything looked and worked great before he left. Even my super picky husband was impressed. Best of all my husband ran a speed test when he got home that night and both upload and download speeds hovered at about 980. He's the tech guy in our family and said that's actually unheard of. It is a little pricey but hands down worth it. Should've made the switch few years ago and saved myself a lot of irritation.”
“Curtis and John and Lorena went above and beyond with my TV installment. They moved a TV into another room and put my new Sony in my bedroom. Curtis went through the remote features and encouraged me to call him if I had any questions or problems. This business is a 5 star in my book!!”

“I'm very impressed with Anthem Broadband. It's taken a couple of weeks to get things up and running properly due to a few glitches, but their customer service reps are amazing, as well as their field crew. Very accommodating, and the entire staff was totally focused on MY satisfaction ... not to mention their prices are more in line with what I can afford, being a 74 year old widow living alone and on a small fixed income. My costs just kept rising with the company I had previously been doing business with for several years, which forced me to check around. Quite a few people recommended Anthem, which I am grateful for.”
