“Amazing service and a caring spirit ❤️❤️I just want to give a shout out to the girls at the UPS store on Main Street in Burley! When my father goes to the UPS store, the girls see him through the window and go out and help him with his packages! He is 82 years old and walks with a cane, so he is not able to carry his packages. So they take a moment of their time to help out my father! Thank you, thank you thank you from the bottom of a daughter’s heart ❤️”

“I give them a five star rating. I needed to ship a package and wasn't sure if I could ship it because it was so long. They took all the measurements. And then offered to stay open a few extra minutes till I could get it packaged up and ready for shipment. It was a special package going to help out some people in Texas because of all the water problems that they are having. After I told this to the employees at ups they were more than happy to help me out. Outstanding job UPS. And thank you all at the Heyburn Idaho location.”
