“These guys are the absolute best. I was traveling cross country in my 100 series landcruiser and I needed an oil change and had some concerns about my left front wheel bearing that were installed elsewhere approximately 12k miles before. They got me in next day and found that the bearings were installed incorrectly. They explained everything to me and got everything fixed and adjusted to spec. All within a very fast time frame. Everyone there is highly skilled at what they do, they truly care about the vehicles they work on. I will definitely get my landcruiser serviced there again in the future . They also specialize in full resto/mod and overland builds. I'm thankful for them getting me in on such short notice and taking care of my landcruiser as well as showing me their other builds they were working on. Thanks again to everyone there!”

“My one ton Ram pickup had a blowout at freeway speed which was pretty much like a bomb going off. It severely damaged the right side of the bed and took out the wheel liner, the tail light, and even bent the rear bumper. I had no idea a blowout could even do that much damage. I chose Northwest Auto Body for the repairs based on my insurance company's recommendation. They scheduled me in within a couple weeks, fixed it all over the course of a few days including replacing the entire side of the bed and all the other damage. I'm pretty picky about body and paint work, I've seen a lot of shoddy work in my life, but on this repair I literally cannot tell the repair from new. They got every little detail right, just like it rolled off the assembly line. The paint matches perfectly as well. I am stunned by what a good job they did, I've never seen any body shop do that kind of work. They are very professional in how they go about it. Since that positive experience with my truck, I've had them perform a couple minor repairs to my Rav4, and they exceeded my expectations both times. If you want high quality work, this is the place to go, these guys are top notch and I would not take my vehicles anywhere else.”
“The staff is always super eager to help you out, though scheduling to take my car in over the phone is on the complete flip side. It doesn't seem like they know what they're talking about when it comes to scheduling, but once you see them in person they're awesome. You do need to tell them exactly everything that needs looked at and done, they'll only do what you ask of them. I had an oil leak caused by a loose filter, and I asked that they add the recommend additive to help it seal back up. They, however, did not change my oil in that process and I would up at Rapid Lube that weekend to get that changed.”

“We were camping in Coeur d Alene from Washington and took a day trip to Sandpoint. We ran over a large rock on the highway and pulled off at a gas station. A local saw us checking the van and told us to take it to Performance Auto and they would check it for us. We took it over to their shop and after telling them what had happened they put it on a lift and looked at it. After determining there was no severe damage, just dent and scratches they only asked for $10.00. Very nice guys and didn’t hesitate to help us!”

“We snagged a set of 4 of the 35x12.50 r15 Kenda Klevor RT KR601’s for our shop Jeep WJ and absolutely love them!
Buck & Nick got us squared away in no time, I dropped off my wheels for them to mount as I have to run adapters for the new wheels.
The rubber is soft and great grab, road noise is not noticeable at all and they handle great in dry and wet conditions.
Haven’t went rock crawling yet but they had plenty of traction in wet dirt in 2wd off-roading today with the kids.
Overall love them and am excited to go rock crawling Mother’s Day weekend to break them in.”
